He was up-front about cost.  Reasonable.  While here, he took five minutes on the phone to troubleshoot for a customer. I like that. He could have made a service call, charged them, and taken five minutes to fix their problem. Honesty is invaluable, and I appreciate that. In today’s throw-away world, it is hard to find a service company you can trust.
